This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how GrantSense AI, a product operated by Ataur Rahman from L24 A South Ex. Delhi - 110049, delivers its services to subscribers and users. This policy has been drafted in compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations and the requirements of payment gateways including Razorpay. By using GrantSense AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
GrantSense AI is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that operates entirely online through web browsers. There are absolutely no physical goods, products, merchandise, hardware, printed materials, or any tangible items associated with the purchase or use of GrantSense AI. All services, features, and deliverables provided by GrantSense AI are digital in nature and are accessed exclusively through the internet via our web application. As such, the concepts of physical shipping, postal delivery, courier services, freight charges, packaging, handling, or physical tracking do not apply to GrantSense AI services.
The term "delivery" in the context of GrantSense AI refers exclusively to the electronic activation and provision of access to the platform features associated with the purchased subscription plan. No physical delivery address is required, no shipping charges are applicable, and no physical delivery timeline exists.
Free Plan Activation: The GrantSense AI Free Plan is activated instantaneously upon successful account creation. Once a user completes the email verification process via our One-Time Password (OTP) authentication system, the Free Plan features become immediately available. There is no waiting period, manual approval, or review process for Free Plan activation. Users can begin exploring the grant discovery database, creating their organizational profile, and generating up to 2 AI proposals per month immediately after signing in.
Pro Plan Activation: The GrantSense AI Pro Plan is activated within minutes of successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. The typical activation timeline is as follows: (a) Immediate activation (within 1-2 minutes) for payments completed via UPI, debit cards, and credit cards where the transaction is authorized in real-time. (b) Within 5-10 minutes for payments completed via net banking, where there may be a short delay in payment confirmation from the banking server. (c) Within 15-30 minutes for payments via select wallet services that require additional verification steps. (d) In extremely rare cases where payment confirmation is delayed due to banking server issues, gateway maintenance, or network latency, activation may take up to 2 hours. If your Pro Plan is not activated within 2 hours of payment, please contact our support team at support@grantsense.com with your payment transaction ID.
Upon successful activation of the Pro Plan, the subscriber will receive a confirmation email at their registered email address containing: the subscription start date and end date, a summary of Pro Plan features, a link to the GST-compliant payment invoice, and instructions for accessing Pro features.
To access and use GrantSense AI services, users must meet the following technical requirements: (a) Internet Connection: A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 1 Mbps is recommended for optimal performance. The platform functions over both broadband and mobile data connections. (b) Web Browser: A modern, updated web browser is required. We officially support Google Chrome (version 90+), Mozilla Firefox (version 88+), Microsoft Edge (version 90+), Safari (version 14+), and Opera (version 76+). We do not guarantee full functionality on Internet Explorer or outdated browser versions. (c) Device Compatibility: GrantSense AI is fully responsive and can be accessed on desktop computers, laptop computers, tablets, and smartphones running Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, or iOS operating systems. (d) JavaScript: JavaScript must be enabled in your browser for the platform to function correctly. (e) Cookies: Essential cookies must be accepted for authentication and session management purposes.
No additional software, browser extensions, plugins, mobile applications, or hardware installations are required to use GrantSense AI. The platform is entirely web-based and operates within the browser environment.
GrantSense AI is designed to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with a target uptime of 99.9%. This means we aim for no more than approximately 8.77 hours of total downtime per year under normal operating conditions. Our infrastructure is hosted on reliable cloud servers with redundancy measures, automated failover systems, and regular data backups to ensure maximum availability.
Scheduled Maintenance: Periodic maintenance may be required to deploy updates, security patches, database optimizations, or infrastructure upgrades. Scheduled maintenance will be performed during low-traffic hours, typically between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM IST. Registered users will be notified via email at least 24 hours before any scheduled maintenance that is expected to cause service disruption. Maintenance windows are typically brief, lasting between 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Unplanned Downtime: In the event of unexpected technical issues, server failures, security incidents, or third-party service disruptions (such as payment gateway outages or AI provider outages), we will work to restore service as quickly as possible. During unplanned downtime, we will: (a) Post status updates on our status page if available. (b) Send email notifications to affected Pro Plan subscribers for downtime exceeding 1 hour. (c) Provide a post-incident summary for downtime exceeding 4 hours. Extended unplanned downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours may, at our sole discretion, result in an extension of the subscription period by the equivalent number of days, as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The following digital deliverables are provided as part of the GrantSense AI service: (a) AI-Generated Proposals: Grant proposals generated by our AI system are delivered instantly within the platform interface. Proposals can be viewed on-screen, copied to clipboard, or downloaded as text files. Proposal generation typically takes 30-60 seconds depending on the complexity of the grant and server load. (b) Grant Discovery Results: Search results and grant recommendations are delivered in real-time within the platform. Our database currently contains 111+ grants from 53 government ministries, CSR foundations, and international funders. (c) Eligibility Scoring: AI-based eligibility scores are calculated and displayed in real-time based on the user organizational profile and grant requirements. (d) Payment Invoices: GST-compliant invoices for Pro Plan purchases are generated automatically and can be downloaded in PDF format from the Billing section of the dashboard. (e) Email Notifications: Grant deadline reminders, subscription confirmations, and service updates are delivered to the registered email address via our email service provider, Resend.
GrantSense AI is primarily designed for Indian non-governmental organizations and non-profit entities operating within the territory of India. The grant database covers all 36 states and union territories of India, with specialized coverage for the 8 northeastern states (Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, and Sikkim). While the platform can be accessed from any geographic location with internet connectivity, the grant data, eligibility criteria, and regulatory references are specific to the Indian context. International users may access the platform but should note that the grant information is India-centric.
For Pro Plan subscribers, GrantSense AI provides the following service level commitments: (a) Platform Availability: 99.9% uptime target, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. (b) AI Proposal Generation: Response time of under 90 seconds for 95% of requests under normal load conditions. (c) Grant Database: Updated regularly with new grants from government, CSR, and international sources. (d) Customer Support: Email support with first response within 24 business hours for Pro subscribers and 48 business hours for Free Plan users. (e) Data Backup: Daily automated backups of all user data with a retention period of 30 days. These commitments represent our service delivery targets and are not guarantees. Failure to meet these targets does not constitute a breach of contract or entitle the subscriber to a refund.
GrantSense AI relies on several third-party services for its operation. These include: (a) AI Model Providers (OpenRouter, Groq, Google AI, Together AI) for proposal generation. (b) Razorpay for payment processing. (c) Resend for email delivery. (d) Cloud hosting providers for server infrastructure. While we select reliable third-party partners and implement redundancy where possible, temporary disruptions in third-party services may occasionally affect specific features of the platform. Such disruptions are beyond our direct control, and we cannot be held responsible for service degradation caused by third-party outages. We will communicate any known third-party service issues to affected users promptly.
