IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: GrantSense AI is a technology facilitator (Sahayakari) platform. It is NOT an agent, middleman, broker, or guarantor of any grant, scheme, project, or funding. By using this platform, you expressly acknowledge and accept that GrantSense AI provides NO guarantee whatsoever that you will receive any grant, funding, project, or financial benefit. All subscription fees paid are exclusively for access to software tools and information services, and NOT in exchange for any successful grant outcome.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Subscriber", "NGO", or "You") and Wenslink Private Limited, operating under the brand name GrantSense AI, having its registered office in L24 A South Ex. Delhi - 110049, represented by its Founder and Director, Ataur Rahman (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the GrantSense AI web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, including all features, services, content, application programming interfaces (APIs), artificial intelligence functionalities, databases, and all related tools and resources provided therein. By creating an account, clicking the "I Agree" checkbox during registration, accessing, or using GrantSense AI in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the platform.

1. Nature of Service — Facilitator Declaration

1.1 GrantSense AI is exclusively an AI-powered information technology platform designed to assist non-governmental organizations (NGOs), trusts, societies, and non-profit entities in discovering government schemes, grants, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding opportunities, and international aid programs. The platform provides technological tools for information aggregation, eligibility assessment, and AI-assisted proposal drafting.

1.2 FACILITATOR, NOT AGENT OR GUARANTOR: GrantSense AI operates strictly as a "Facilitator" (Sahayakari/सहायिका) — a technology service provider that assists users in navigating publicly available grant information and preparing application materials. GrantSense AI is expressly NOT: (a) An agent, representative, or middleman of any government body, ministry, department, CSR entity, or international funding organization. (b) A broker or intermediary that procures, secures, or arranges grants or funding on behalf of any user. (c) A guarantor or insurer of any grant outcome, funding decision, or application result. (d) An authorized representative of any grant-making body, whether governmental, corporate, or international. (e) A financial institution, lender, or fund disbursement entity of any kind.

1.3 GrantSense AI has no affiliation, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or formal association with any grant-making body unless explicitly stated in writing. Any grant information displayed on our platform is sourced from publicly available government portals, official gazettes, CSR databases, and other open-source repositories. The presence of any grant or scheme on our platform does not imply any endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by the respective grant-making authority.

2. Absolute No Guarantee of Funding — Critical Clause

2.1 THE USER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS, ACKNOWLEDGES, AND IRREVOCABLY AGREES THAT: (a) GrantSense AI does NOT guarantee, promise, assure, warrant, or represent that any NGO or user will receive any grant, scheme, project, funding, financial aid, or any form of monetary or non-monetary benefit whatsoever as a result of using this platform. (b) The decision to approve, reject, or consider any grant application rests solely and exclusively with the respective grant-making authority (such as government departments, CSR foundations, ministries, or international organizations) and is entirely beyond the control or influence of GrantSense AI. (c) The use of GrantSense AI software, AI models, proposal generators, eligibility scorers, or any other tool provided on this platform does NOT in any way increase, guarantee, or assure the probability of receiving any funding. (d) Eligibility scores, match percentages, compatibility ratings, and similar indicators generated by our AI are algorithmic estimations based on publicly available criteria and user-provided data. They are NOT official assessments, endorsements, or approvals from any grant-making body. (e) AI-generated proposals are draft documents intended as starting points only. They may contain inaccuracies, generic content, or information that does not reflect the specific requirements of the target grant-making body. The user is solely responsible for verifying, customizing, and finalizing all proposals before submission.

2.2 NO CLAIM FOR FAILURE: Under no circumstances may any user, subscriber, organization, or any third party make any claim, demand, suit, or proceeding against GrantSense AI or Wenslink Private Limited for: (a) Failure to receive any grant, scheme, project, or funding. (b) Rejection of any grant application, regardless of whether AI-generated tools were used in its preparation. (c) Delays in grant processing, disbursement, or communication from any grant-making body.
